Is this class right for me?
This class can be very heavy due to the nature of the training. The scenarios and role playing can be triggering, especially for those who have experienced a recent traumatic event. Since we want all of our participants to feel comfortable, please be mindful of where you are in your healing process to determine if this class is right for you at this time. If you have questions please feel free to contact the organizer. This class is intended to teach participants how to intervene with a suicide crisis. If you’re in need of counseling or a support group please let me know and I can help connect you with resources.
