LiveOn
LiveOn Utah is a statewide campaign focused on raising awareness about suicide prevention and mental health support in Utah. The campaign promotes hope, resilience, and the importance of seeking help for those struggling with mental health challenges. Through education, outreach, and community engagement, LiveOn Utah encourages individuals to talk openly about mental health, reduce stigma, and connect people to available resources. The campaign aims to prevent suicide by fostering a culture of support and providing tools for individuals to take action and support one another.

The Safe UT App provides 24/7 access to crisis counseling or tip reporting for youth in the state of Utah. Available on Android and iOS.
Reach out to your school counselor—they are a great resource and have access to plenty of support to assist you.
If your school has a HOPE Squad and you're comfortable doing so, consider reaching out to one of its members. They can connect you with the right resources and support.
